Always a positive experience when we come here! Make sure to make a reservation online as they can be quite busy!

The service is always attentive, and every meal and drink we have ordered on the menu has always been great. They make my favorite version of the Impossible Burger. It is cooked just right. They also have an Impossible Meatloaf that I've been meaning to try.

The food was good but I have a problem with the service. It was my friend's birthday and our waiter just completely disappeared. It took forever for us to get our drinks and our food. We had at least five people come to the table to take orders which caused a problem with our main waiter, who I hadn't seen all night, who then struggled to split our checks. One of my friends literally sat at the table for AN HOUR waiting for her drink and it never came! She left the restaurant without getting what she ordered. As I stated it was my friend's birthday, which we were all looking forward to. The waiters brought her dessert and just plopped it on the table. Another friend waited 30 minutes for her dessert, which she asked to be to-go, brought without a box. We even spoke to the manager, Melissa Guzman, and she actually asked us (we are all people of color), if one of the bad servers "looked like he didn't speak English." This was absolutely the worst service at the worst possible time: special birthday. The only reason I rated them 2 stars is because the food wa

UPDATE: It has been one week since our visit to Farmers Fishers Bakers. Amy Robinson, the Guest Communications Manager, did a fabulous job getting in contact with me and invited our party back for a visit to make up for our previous visit. It was great! Sarah was our waiter and she was very accommodating. The food was still tasty which was expected. I am very happy with the service.

A solid three-star rating. If you're a foodie in the city of D.C., you will probably not be impressed. The food is fine, but nothing unique or mouth-watering. The prices are too steep for mediocre, greasy food. The atmosphere is meh.

However, this place does attract tourists and people from the suburbs. They have a weekend brunch that is all you can eat. It's not the best food, but the variety is good.

If you like mediocre food, go here.

Came with a group of seven at 6pm on a Sunday and we were happily seated near immediately.  Our server was pretty tired (at the end of a long shift) so we had some mishaps at the end, but first for the food.

I ordered the spicy chicken sammy with fries.  The fries were excellent - the sammy was a total letdown for me personally.  The chicken breading isn't spicy at all, i think the 'spicy' comes from the bbqesque sauce that they put on it, but I wasn't a fan of the flavor.  It comes on a massive brioche bun, slaw (which was good) and cheese.  I'd rather eat wendy's or chick fila's spicy chicken.

That said, two of my friends ordered the salmon and really enjoyed their dish.

Our server was hard to track down to get to check and once we had the check hard to track down to give our cards to, and once the cards were delivered had charged the wrong amount.  She under charged one of the people in our party - and we had to go seek out a manager to correct it because her shift ended before we were all settled up.  It was a bit frustrating because we were ready to go and there were patrons waiting for tables, so I would expect they help facilitate a faster table turnover.

Amazing!!! I love it! Def a good pick. I wanted to actually do the all you can eat brunch, but we decided not too because of the time. Although, the entrees we had were so good. My favorite appetizer was the artichoke and crab dip amazinggggggg it was so freaking good. It was 4 of us and 2 of us got the jambalaya- one seafood, and one honey fried chicken. The other 2 got the fried combo with fish, crab cake, French fried and fried shrimp.
Which was also good. Def can't wait to come back! The waiter and staff was also nice. They brung is out some of there special grapefruit for my cousin.
